By using QueueAway, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

The short version: We collect only what we need to run QueueAway effectively, we never sell your data, and you have meaningful control over your information at all times.

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how you use QueueAway.

Essential cookies are required for the Service to function (e.g., authentication). Analytics cookies help us understand feature usage — these can be declined without impacting core functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You can manage or clear cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to log in or use certain features.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

After account deletion, we may retain certain data for up to 90 days in encrypted backups, and certain financial records for up to 7 years as required by law. Anonymised, aggregated data (which cannot identify you) may be retained indefinitely for product analytics.

Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us at hello@queueaway.co.uk.

Children's Privacy

QueueAway is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of QueueAway after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
